If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you are welcome to return it within the first 60 days following delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Book with obvious signs of use,
CD, or DVD that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
**Special Returns Policy for electronic devices**
Electronic devices such as Luka, Luka Hero, and YouDao Pen can be returned in the first 14 days for any reason. In order to receive a full refund, the device should be returned in working condition, in its original packaging with all accessories. If the device is missing any accessories or it's original packaging, a $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Following the initial 14 days, any electronic device with an equipment malfunction that can not be resolved remotely will be exchanged for a new device within the first year after purchase while covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Note: Luka's accessory charging cable is covered under a 6 month manufacturer warranty, and can be replaced within 6 months of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For electronics returned without accessories or original packaging, we will charge a $10 restocking fee.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days from our confirmation email, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company to ensure the refund is not being processed on their end.

Occasionally, we have a surplus of items and will sell them at very low prices to make room for new inventory. These items are still high quality items, but we can no longer afford to maintain them in storage. We sell these items at extremely low prices and label them "CLEARANCE". Unfortunately, "CLEARANCE" items cannot be returned/ refunded. All other sale items are eligible for return/refund.
If you would like to exchange your item either because it arrived damaged or you or your gift's recipient already own the item, please contact us at email@example.com to explain your situation and we will gladly help arrange a solution suitable to all parties.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
